Looks like a ceiling to me.
Maybe a thin layer of snow???
My 1st thought is like Ronda Jo
2nd guess styoform – but I’m sticking with ceiling tile
I think it looks like a textured wall or ceiling. My second guess would be the surface of an object in outer space.
I am thinking ceiling tile with Ronda Jo but maybe a spounge
