Looks like bath beads. I think that is what they are called, the ball things you put in the bath and they disolve to smell pretty.
Well first glance It appears to be beads or like them decorative rocks in a glass container on a table at receptions and such. But, I believe that it is more of a Reminence on our cousin Laura’s nickname, and you probably better not show the rest of the picture if you know what I mean, and YOu better Know what I mean.

I’d say it is round, shinny, pearlish color like. Just a guess.
