My first thought is that it is part of a UFO, but I don’t want that to be my official guess unless it is right. Instead I would have to say it is part of a light prism.
It looks like the inside part of a wrench, where the nut or bolt goes, or maybe a tart pan? Who knows?
I think it is a reflection through a stain glass window.
