Our friend Keri came over and reminded me why I don’t like the financial aid office or registering for classes at the university. No one explains things to you. If you don’t have a friend or family member who has gone through it you don’t know what you are supposed to do, or what the terminology means**. It is enough to make a person want to give up. Thankfully we were able to help, and she will not be giving up on school.

**Because if they wont tell you the process, they sure as heck aren’t going to define their obscure terms for you either.
